Drain well.<\/li>\n<li>Melt butter in a pan over low heat. Add saffron and let it bloom for 30 seconds until fragrant.<\/li>\n<li>Add vermicelli, sugar, and cardamom. Toss gently and cook for 3\u20134 minutes until glossy and aromatic.<\/li>\n<li>Whisk eggs with milk, salt and turmeric.
